Build Boats

material suggestions for boat project?

Pretty much the only rule is that we can’t buy something that was meant to be a boat. We were supposed to use everyday objects to make the body of the boat. What’s something that’s heavy enough to not sink and light enough to be relatively easy to control?

we had this same project at my high school. Almost every boat was made from 2 liter soda bottles, chicken wire, and 2 by 4’s. styrofoam works too. good luck!
